Every coffee in the queue adds ~20–35 sec (plus ~30 sec for your own). This is blended with a "last 3 orders" average wait time, weighted by a set of coefficients unique to each café. Fitted on 15,000+ real orders across The Press & Deja Brew, per location, and validated against Google Cloud AutoML.
